As we all know, Metro Manila is under Community Quarantine effective March 15, 2020 until April 14, 2020. We hope and pray that a cure for covid 19 will be found soon and everything will be back to normal π
With so much time on our hands, allow me to suggest some things that you might want to consider doing during our home stay.
1. Attend online masses - Please dress properly (not in your PJ's); remember you are having a date with the Lord. You may invite your family members to join you- this is a good opportunity for you to be closer.
2. Read the bible. Meditate. Pray also for others. Do not let fear and anxiety set in.
4. Disseminate information- Spread the word! Educate the children; they too should know what is going on. ππ
5. Update your blog spot π

7. Learn a new hobby - dancing, πΊ baking,πͺπ° guitar, πΈtik tok (why not?) anything to make your time productive. It's never too late to start something new.
8. Don't forget your fitness routine! - Do zumba at home! Surprise your friends with the new sexier and healthier you once you get to see each other again!π
9. Spend quality time with family- Watch netflix together. Cook meals. Don't forget to look out for the needs of the elderly members of your family. Your lolos and lolas are lonely and would love to hear what you are up to. ππ
10. Take care of yourself - Eat nutritious foods, ππππ ππ(more fruits and veggies, please) sleep early, take your Vitamin C's and your daily Vitamin D π(sunshine). Frequent hand washing is a must! And of course, sanitize, sanitize!
11. Be updated! - Read/watch the news. πΊπ°
This is the first time that something like this happened. Eucharistic celebrations, meetings, schools and such are temporarily cancelled. May our faith be strong in the face of this crisis. Let us pray for the sick; while also praying for the good health of all. May the Lord heal our land. In Jesus' name. Amen.
